I got my copy a long time ago using the 'My Nintendo' service on Nintendo's website. Until the 3DS e-shop and My Nintendo website become defunct I think you can still get it.

they're 32x32 w/ a 4 color limit, and in this case I used the same black & white throughout all the different sprites!
